What is Nequz?
Nequz is booking software for tour and activity businesses. Customers book from your link or website button, or from the link of a broker who sells for you. Every booking lands with you in one place, and broker commission and monthly statements are calculated for you.
How does a broker connect to my business?
Send your broker invite link to anyone who wants to sell for you. They sign up as a broker for free, see your business, offerings and commission rate, and ask to connect. Once you accept they get their own link and QR code at once; bookings through it land with you and are credited to them.
How is broker commission calculated automatically?
Set one rate for every broker: a percentage of the amount, or a sum per person or unit. Commission is calculated when you close the job and rolls into a monthly statement that you and the broker both see, downloadable as CSV.
Where can customers book?
Customers book from your booking page link, a booking button on your website, or the link and QR code of a broker connected to you. Brokers can also create a booking for their customer in Nequz. After booking, customers get an online ticket to track it.
How much does Nequz cost?
Right now it is free, with unlimited bookings, no card and no expiry. Brokers always use it free. Plus (฿290 a month) and Business (฿790 a month), for your own brand, analytics and domain, are coming soon.
Can I take deposits from customers?
Yes. Customers pay deposits by your PromptPay QR, bank transfer or the payment link you already use. The money goes straight into your account; Nequz never holds it.
Does it work with my existing website?
Yes. Paste one line of code on your site for a floating booking button that opens the form, or embed the form in a page, and choose which sites may embed it.
I want to be a broker. How do I start?
Sign up for Nequz and choose I'm a broker; it is free. Ask the business you want to sell for for its broker invite link, open it and send a request. Once the owner accepts, you get your own link to send customers and see your commission every month.
How do I know about a new booking?
Every new booking sends an email to the owner and the team with the customer, the items and the broker who sent it. The bookings list shows every job's status, so you see at once which ones are still waiting.
What happens when the weather forces a reschedule?
Open the booking, choose Reschedule, and pick the new time and the reason. It is recorded, and the broker who sent the customer sees the new time at once.
How is commission handled when fewer people come, or nobody does?
You close the job with the number who came, or record a no-show. Per-person and percentage commission count who actually came; a no-show earns none.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite staff into the same business with an invite link; each person signs in with their own LINE or Google account. There is no seat limit for now.
Is my data safe?
You sign in with LINE or Google, and a new device needs a 6-digit code sent by email. Each business's data is kept separate, brokers see only the bookings they sent, and the system runs on Cloudflare.
Can it connect to my other systems?
Yes. Nequz has an API and webhooks for developers, to send bookings in from your system or hear the moment a booking changes.
How long can I use it free?
There is no expiry, and the free plan takes unlimited bookings. When we open paid plans we will give at least 30 days' notice, and nothing you use free will be charged retroactively.
How do I pay for a plan?
There is nothing to pay yet. When Plus and Business open, you will pay monthly by credit card or PromptPay from the plan page in the app.
